Positive Behavior Supports and Interventions

Southeast PBIS Expectations: Be a Superstar: Be Safe, Be Kind, Be Proactive, Be a Leader

Be a superstar. Be safe, be kind, be productive, be a leader.

In Spring 2020, Southeast joined other Park Hill Schools and started to implement Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS). This evidence-based approach uses tiered interventions to provide varying levels of support so that ALL students can be successful. At Southeast, we recognize students for being safe, kind, proactive, and a leader. These words are incorporated daily into our core curriculum.

Our hope is that you will partner with us in promoting and using these expectations at home too.  We think you will find them easy to incorporate into your daily life and that students will be excited to use them at home and school.
