Counselor

Mrs. Frayer began her career in Park Hill in 2009. She spent time in Park Hill's District Office, English Landing Elementary, and then Southeast Elementary. She joined Southeast as the School Counselor in 2013. Prior to counseling, Mrs. Frayer taught elementary students K-5 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She earned a Bachelor's in Arts from the University of New Mexico and a Master's in Education from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Mrs. Frayer's passion is in working with staff, families, and students to provide a safe, supportive learning environment for all students.
